Why we're different

Client Experience.   Clients come first at Lakeview Trust and Estate Law.  Trust and estate services are specially tailored to meet each client's needs and are delivered in a timely, compassionate manner.  Attorney Amy Mursu involves clients in every step of the process and communicates with them regularly.  Every client call or email is answered within one business day.  Lakeview Trust and Estate Law guarantees that clients will be satisfied with the service they receive.

Exclusivity.  At Lakeview Trust and Estate Law, you will not find answers to questions about divorce, bankruptcy, criminal law, or personal injury law.  The estate and gift tax section of the IRS code is several inches thick!  To make sure her clients get the best, most personal estate planning and probate services possible, attorney Amy Mursu concentrates only on those areas of law.  With more than 10 years of exclusive experience in trust and estate law, Amy has a solid track record in handling large, complex, unique and challenging trust and estate projects.

Flat Fees.  Don’t be nervous every time you pick up the phone to call your attorney.  At Lakeview Trust and Estate Law, attorney Amy Mursu bills for her services on a flat fee basis.  That means clients can rest assured knowing exactly how much the fees are going to be to resolve their unique trust or estate issues.

Convenience.  Located in Ottertail, Minnesota, attorney Amy Mursu brings the big firm estate planning and probate experience clients might otherwise have difficulty finding to the heart of central Minnesota.  Amy also frequently meets with clients in the security of their own homes and can schedule weekend and evening appointments as necessary.
